Today, we’ve got a 10-minute fully body HIIT workout.

It should be a lot of fun…hopefully ;)

Okay, here’s the breakdown and you’ll find a follow-along video below also:

+ CBMC x 30s
+ High knees x 30s
+ Stance Jacks x 30s
(Repeat x 2)

Then…

+Burpees (or walkout burpees) x 45s work/15s rest
+Tuck Jumps/FBE x 45s work/15s rest
+Press-up x 45s work/15s rest
(Repeat x 2)

And finish with…

+Plank Jacks x 60s
