This little program is very handy for those who are just starting out or need to get back into the swing of things.
All you need is your body and 10 minutes a day.

Seriously, who hasn’t got 10 minutes spare? You can even do these workouts in your own home, in front of the telly butt naked if you want to!
The exercises are relatively simple, although there might be one or two you need to tweak depending on your current fitness level – just give me a shout if you’re not sure.
You’ll be emailed a new workout everyday for 28 days. I’d hate for you to skip any of them, but if you do, don’t beat yourself up. It’s not the end of the world. This program is simply to get you back into the game and when the exercise is on form, more often than not, so is the nutrition side of things.
Once you’ve finished, you can then move onto one of my more demanding programs.

You are free to warm-up as you like, but as a good rule of thumb, make sure your heart rate is racing and that you have started to sweat a little.
